Antipsikotik Kullanımına Bağlı Hiperprolaktinemide Aripiprazol ile Kombinasyon Bir Seçenek Olabilir mi? Bir Vaka Sunumu

Hiperprolaktinemi özellikle risperidon gibi güçlü dopamin reseptör blokajına neden olan antipsikotik ilaçlara
bağlı sık olarak ortaya çıkan bir yan etkidir. Aripiprazol parsiyel dopamin reseptör agonisti özelliğine sahip
bir antipsikotik ilaçtır. Biz bu yazıda, bir şizofreni olgusunda klinik gidiş gereği olarak bu iki antipsikotiğin
hem tek hem de kombine olarak kullanılmasını tartıştık. Antipsikotiklerin neden olduğu hiperprolaktinemide
tedaviye aripiprazol eklenmesi iyi bir seçenek olabilir.
Is the Combination with Aripiprasole an Option in the Hyperprolactinemia Connected with Antipsychotic Usage? A Case Report
Hyperprolactinemia related to hyperprolactinemia are among the frequently seen side effects of antipsychotic drugs which has particulary
strongly dopamine reseptor blockage such as risperidone. Aripiprasole is a partial dopamine reseptor agonist. We discussed in this report in
accordance with the requirements of the treatment course for this schizophrenia case, we used these two antipsychotics as single and also in
combination. Combination of aripiprazole for the treatment of hyperprolactinemia caused by antipsychotics could be mentioned as a good/
viable option
