This paper aimed to clarify the psychic world of two kidney post-transplant patients by the use of Rorschach Test. Among these patients, one was transplanted from an intrafamilial donor, while the other patient has received the kidney of a cadaver. A psychoanalytic interview, before administering the Rorschach Test, is also held. Issues like identity, incorporation processes of the new organ, feelings of indebtedness and guilt towards the donor, filiations and one's internal-external boundaries are among the discussed subjects from a psychoanalytical perspective. Unconscious processes of the intrafamilial and the cadaveric post transplant patients are discussed through the findings of the Rorschach Test.
