Cinsel istismar, bir yetişkin tarafından psikososyal gelişimini tamamlamamış çocuğun cinsel uyarılma amacıyla kullanılması olarak tanımlanır. Ensest ise, aralarında kan bağı bulanan kişiler arasındaki cinsel ilişkidir. Mental retarde bireylerde cinsel istismar riski 4 ila 10 kat daha yüksektir.

Jandarma komutanlığına yapılan ihbar sonucunda ailede erkek çocuğun annesi ve kız kardeşi ile, babanın ise kızı ile rızaları dışında cinsel ilişkiye girdiği saptanmış. Tecavüze uğrayan anne ve kız çocuğun mental retarde oldukları anlaşılmış. Yapılan adli tıp incelemesi sonucu baba ve oğlunun ceza ehliyetlerinin tam olduğuna karar verildi.

Literatürde ensestle ilgili pek çok olgu sunumları olmakla birlikte bizim burada söz ettiğimiz ailede; ensestin baba-kız, oğul-anne ve erkek kardeş-kız kardeş olmak üzere çoklu olarak yaşanması ile olgularımız farklılık göstermektedir. Bilgilerimize göre literatürde buna benzer üçlü aile içi ensest olgusu bulunmamaktadır.

Sexual exploitation includes the use of children who are not completely developed in terms of psycho-social aspects by adults for sexual stimulation. Incest is defined as the occurrence sexual relations between close blood relatives. Children with mental retardation are 4 to 10 times more vulnerable to victimization than nondisabled children.

After the denouncement to the Gendarmerie it was understood that the boy with his mother and sister and the father with his daughter had sexual intercourse without their will. Also it was then understood that raped mother and girl are having mental retardation. After the forensic medicine investigation it was decided the father and son have full age and capacity.

Although there is lots of literature about incest cases; in this mentioned family there is multiple incest relationships that makes the case discrete. According to our knowledge there is no such a triple like incest case in the literature.
