The memory is the faculty by which things are recalled or kept in the mind. Memory is vital for surviving of the human being and has a very complicated mechanism. Since Freud we know that it is influen­ced also by the affects. Freud in his article which was written in 1936, "a disturbance of the memory on the Acropolis" talked about a very mysterious event that he lived thirty [year]s ago when he visited the Acropolis. It was "too good to be true" for him, why had he feld this strange emotion? And he discovered that this strange psychic sta­te is related to his affects he felt for his father.
