Klinik gözlemlerimize gore Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluk ve Dürtü Kontrol Bozukluğu nun bir arada bulunmasına benzer şekilde komorbid psikiyatrik bozukluklara sahip hastalarda depresy­on ve anksiye biçiminde ortaya çıkan intrapsişik çatışma kendini gösterebilmektedir. Biz bura­da Obsesif Kompulsif bozukluk ve Dürtü Kontrol Bozukluğu gibi iki bozukluğu komorbit olarak gösteren bir hastayı rapor etttik.

Our clinical observations show that here is intrapsychic conflict and a consequent anxiety and depression in patients who have some comorbid psychiatric disorders such as obsessive com­pulsive personality disorder and impulse control disorder. We report that a patient like this who has both of them of these disorders; at the same time who has an obsessive compulsive father and an impulsive mother
