Bireysel silahlanma Türkiye’de artık toplumsal bir sorundur. Ruhsatlandırmada sağlık muayenesi yasa gereği her beş yılda bir zorunludur. Bu muayenede en önemlisi ruhsal muayenedir. Bu bizler için yılda en az 400000 psikiyatrik muayene demektir. Ruhsatlandırmada hiçbir gelişmiş ülkede hekimler rol almaz. Çünkü hekimlikte asıl olan insanı yaşatmaktır. Biz hekimler de aslında ruhsatlandırmada yer almamalıyız. Acaba diğer ülkelerde ne oluyor? Ne yapılabilir? Bu yazıda bunlar yer alacaktır.

Individual firearms are a social problem in Turkey nowadays. Medical examinations are necessary for the registration of a gun license every five [year]s.
