Evlilik İlişkisi ve Kadın Cinsel İşlev Bozukluğu Üzerine Bir Çalışma

Giriş: Bu araştırmanın amacı kadın cinsel işlev bozukluğu olgularında evlilik ilişkisi, evlilik doyumu ve cinselliğin araştırılmasıdır.
Metot: Araştırma 20 cinsel işlev bozukluğu olan kadın ve bunların eşleri ile benzer sosyodemografik özelliğe sahip 23 çiftten oluşan kontrol
grubu alınmıştır. Psikiyatrik bozuklukların ayırd edilmesi ve dışlanması için DSM-IV Eksen 1 bozukluklar için yaılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır.
Denekler, eşleri ve karşılaştırma grubu Cinsel işlev bozukluğu muayene ve görüşme formu, Evlilik Yaşam Ölçeği, ve kadın ve erkekler için
hazırlanmış Golombok Rust Cinsel Doyum Envanteri (GRISS) uygulanarak değerlendirilmiştir.
Bulgular: Cinsel işlev bozukluğu olan kadınlar evlilikle ilgili beklentileri, evlilik sorunları ile başa çıkma, evlilikte heyecan ve sorumluluk alma, ev
içinde huzur, evlilik tutumu, eşle başbaşa geçirilen zamanlarla ilgili daha olumsuz değerlendirmeler yapmışlardır.
Sonuç: Kadın cinsel işlev bozukluğu ve evlilik yaşamı birbiri ile ilişkilidir. Tedavi sürecinde cinsellik ve eş ilişkilerinin birlikte ele alınması gerekmektedir.
A Study on Marital Relationship and Female Sexual Dysfunction
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the marital satisfaction, relationship of married couples
and sexuality in case of female sexual dysfunction.
Method: The study included 20 female patients with sexual dysfunction and their spouses and a comparison
group of 23 control couples who had similar sociodemographic characteristics. To rule aut the
psychiatric disorders, the Psychiatric Interview Form structured for DSM-IV axis I disorders was used.
Subjects, their spouses, and comparison group were evaluated by Sexual Dysfunctions Examination and
Interview Form, Marital Life Scale and Golombok-Rust Inventory of Sexual Satisfaction for (GRISS) Women
and Man Form.
Results: It has been observed that female subjects with sexual dysfunction evaluated the topics like
marriage expectations, motivation to cope with marital problems, marital emotion, taking responsibility,
peace at home, manner of marriage, quality of spouse's relationships and activities done with spouse
alone more negatively.
Conclusion: Female sexual dysfunction and marital life interact between each other. It's necessary to take
into consideration that in sexual dysfunctions in married couples, spouse relationships are very important
and both spouses must be included in the treatment processes.
