Bu çalışmanın amacı, kariyer uyum yeteneklerinin, planlanmış rastlantı becerilerinin ve toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri tutumunun eğitim fakültesi son sınıf öğrencilerinin kariyer kararlılığını yordayıp yordamadığını incelemektir. Araştırma kapsamında cinsiyete göre kariyer kararlılık düzeylerinde anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığı da incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 397 üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarında kariyer uyum yetenekleri ve toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri tutumunun kariyer kararlılığını anlamlı bir şekilde yordadığı, planlanmış rastlantı becerilerinin ise kariyer kararlılığını anlamlı bir şekilde yordamadığı görülmüştür. Son olarak kariyer kararlılığı puanlarında cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir fark görülmemiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular ilgili literatür çerçevesine tartışılmıştır.

The purpose of this study was to exaimine whether career adapt-abilities, planned happenstance skills and gender roles attitude predict te career decidedness of final year undergraduate students in faculty of education or not, and what is the level of predictive power. The study also examined whether students’ career decidedness showed significant difference according to gender or not. The study group of the research consists of 397 university students. According to the findings of the research, while career adapt-abilities and gender roles attitude variables significantly predicted university senior students’ levels of career decidedness, it was observed that planned happenstance skills did not significantly predict. Finally, it was observed that there is no significant difference in the career decidedness scores of final year students of the faculty of education according to gender. The findings obtained from the research were discussed within the framework of the relevant literature.
