Bu araştırma webin ve yüz yüze öğrenmenin olanaklarını bir araya getiren web destekli 5E öğrenme modeline yönelik öğrenci görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada nitel paradigmayı temel alan durum çalışması kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu Ankara’da bir devlet ortaokulunda öğrenim gören 6. sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmuştur. Uygulama 6. sınıf fen bilimleri dersi öğretim programında yer alan “maddenin tanecikli yapısı” ve “yoğunluk” konularını kapsamaktadır. Web destekli 5E öğrenme modeli ile ders işlenen 10 öğrenci ile yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmelerle veriler toplanmıştır. Veriler içerik analizi yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda uygulanan yöntemin öğrenmeye sağladığı yararlar, uygulama sürecinde karşılaşılan sorunlar, yöntemin covid-19 sürecine, öğrencilerin derse yönelik ilgi ve motivasyonuna etkisi ile uygulamaya yönelik öğrenci önerileri belirlenmiştir.

This research was carried out to determine students' views on the web-assisted 5E learning model, which combines the possibilities of the web and face-to-face learning. A case study based on the qualitative paradigm was used in the research. The research group consisted of 6th grade students studying at a public secondary school in Ankara. The application covers the topics of “particle structure of matter" and "density" in the 6th grade science curriculum. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 10 students who were taught with the web-supported 5E learning model. The data were analyzed by content analysis method. As a result of the research, the benefits of the applied method to learning, the problems encountered in the application process, the effect of the method on the covid-19 process, the interest and motivation of the students towards the course, and student suggestions for application were determined.
