Güçlü ilişkiler kurmaya, doğru kararlar vermeye ve zor durumlarla başa çıkabilmeye yardımcı olan duygusal zekâ, ergenlik dönemi için önemli belirleyiciler arasında yer almaktadır. Bu araştırma ergenlik dönemindeki bireylerin algıladıkları aile yapılarının hâlihazırdaki duygusal zekâ ve psikolojik sağlamlık düzeylerine olan etkisinin incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 240 kadın ve 81 erkekten oluşan 321 ergen birey oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcılara Sosyodemografik Bilgi Formu, Duygusal Zekâ Özelliği Ölçeği (DZÖÖ), Aile Yapısını Değerlendirme Aracı (AYDA) ve Psikolojik Sağlamlık Tutum Beceri Ölçeği (PSTBÖ) uygulanmıştır. Veri toplama işlemi uygun örneklem yoluyla çevrim içi (Google Forms) olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada elde edilen verilerin analizi SPSS 25.00 ile yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde normallik eğrisine bakılarak betimsel istatistik sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Daha sonra Çok Değişkenli ve Basit Regresyon Analizi ve Pearson Kolerasyon Analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinden elde edilen bulgulara göre ergenlik dönemindeki bireylerin aile yapılarının alt boyutları ile duygusal zekâ ve psikolojik sağlamlık düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca duygusal zekâ ile aile yapılarından yönetim alt boyutu arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın klinik çalışmalar dâhil olmak üzere ilgili literatüre katkı sağlayabileceği düşünülmektedir.

Emotional intelligence, which helps to establish strong relationships, make the right decisions and cope with difficult situations, is among the important determinants for adolescence. This research aims to examine the effect of family structures perceived by adolescents on their current emotional intelligence and resilience levels. The sample of the study consists of 321 adolescent individuals consisting of 240 women and 81 men. Sociodemographic Information Form, Emotional Intelligence Trait Scale (CIAS), Family Structure Evaluation Tool (AYDA), and Psychological Resilience Attitude Skill Scale (PSTIS) were administered to the participants. Data collection was carried out online (Google Forms) through convenient sampling. The analysis of the data obtained in this study was done with SPSS 25.00. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics results were obtained by looking at the normality curve. Then, Multivariate and Simple Regression Analysis and Pearson Correlation Analysis were applied. According to the findings obtained from the data of the study, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between the sub-dimensions of family structures of individuals in adolescence and their emotional intelligence and psychological resilience levels. In addition, a significant relationship was found between emotional intelligence and the sub-dimension of management from family structures. It is thought that this study may contribute to the relevant literature, including clinical studies.
