Kolektif eylem birçok duygu ve algının sonucunda ortaya çıkan çok yönlü bir sosyal hareketlilik örneğidir. Bu çalışmada kolektif eylemi önemli bir düzeyde etkilediği düşünülen sosyal adalet ve kimlik işlevleri beraber ele alınmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; kimlik işlevleri ile kolektif eylem tutumu arasındaki ilişkide sosyal adalet algısının rolünü incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmanın örneklemi Türkiye’nin farklı bölgelerinden kolay örneklem yöntemiyle 8 üniversiteden 263 kadın, 242 erkek toplam 505 bireyden oluşturulmuştur. Katılımcıların yaş aralığı 18-32 (Ort. Kadın 20.3; Erkek 20.9) olarak hesaplanmıştır. Araştırma sorularını test etmek amacıyla; korelasyon, doğrusal regresyon ve düzenleyici regresyon analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda sosyal adalet algısının hem genel kolektif eylem eğilimini hemde kolektif eylemin her iki alt boyutunu da yordadığı saptanmıştır. Diğer taraftan sosyal adaletin; kimlik işlevleri ile kolektif eylem arasındaki ilişkide düzenleyici bir rolü olduğu göstermiştir. Yapı kimlik işlevi ile genel olarak kolektif eylem arasında sosyal adaletin düzenleyici rolü olduğunu göstermiştir. Yine yapı işlevi ile kolektif eylem alt boyutu olan bireye yasal sorumluluk yüklemeyen eylemler arasındaki ilişkide sosyal adaletin düzenleyici rolü olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca kimlik işlevi alt boyutlarından uyum ve kontrol işlevi boyutları ile kolektif eylemin bireye yasal sorumluluk yüklemeyen eylemler alt boyutu arasındaki ilişkide sosyal adaletin düzenleyici role sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda; kimlik işlevleri belirginleştiğinde, sosyal adalet algısının kolektif eylem sürecini önemli düzeyde etkilediği ve belirlediği söylenebilir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular ilgili literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.

Collective action is an example of multifaceted social mobility that emerges as a result of diverse emotions and perceptions. In this study, social justice and identity functions, which are thought to affect collective action at a significant level, were investigated together. The current study primarily aims to examine the moderator role of social justice perceptions in the relationship between identity functions and collective action attitudes. In order to achieve this goal, a total of 505 participants (263 women and 242 men), from 18 to 32 years (M=Female: 20.3; Male: 20.9), from 8 universities in different regions of Turkey were selected by using the easy sampling method. To test our research questions correlation, linear regression and moderator regression analyzes were performed. Data showed that the perception of social justice predicted both general collective action tendency and two sub-dimensions of collective action. Results also revealed that social justice had a moderating role in the relationship between identity functions and collective action. Results also showed that social justice played a moderating role in the relationship between the structure identity function and collective action in general. Next, the analyzes demonstrated that social justice had a moderator role in the relationship between the structural function and the actions that did not impose legal responsibility on the individual, which is one of the collective action sub-dimensions. Moreover, it has been found that social justice had a moderator role in the relationship between the cohesion and control function dimensions, which are among the sub- dimensions of identity function, and the actions that did not impose legal responsibility on the individual. In line with the results obtained in this study, when identity functions became evident, it might be said that the perception of social justice could significantly affect and determine the collective action process. Finally, the findings were discussed in light of the relevant literature.
