Bu makalede bir kadın hastanın iki yıl içinde üst üste üç hamileliğinde yaşadığı kayıplar ve hastanın ruhsal işleyişi projektif testlerle incelenmiştir. Hastanın ruhsal işleyişi ile gebelikleri, düşükleri psikanalitik perinatalite kuram çerçevesinde tartışılmıştır. Projektif test sonuçları değerlendirildiğinde hastanın ruhsal işleyişinin sınır işleyiş olduğu görülmektedir. Hastanın nesne ilişkileriyle ilgili erken dönem problemlerinin varlığı, depresif konumla baş etmeye dair güçlüklerin varlığı ve dayanak ihtiyacının yoğunluğunun ruhsal işleyişte önemli belirleyenler olarak görülmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Rorschach Testi, Tematik Algı Testi, Perinatal Dönem

In this article a woman patient with three losses in her pregnanacy were examined. Her psychic functioning, pregnancies and miscarriages are disscussed within the framework of the psychoanalytic perinatality theory. When projective test results were examined it was seen that psyhic functioning of patient was borderline. The presence of early problems related to object relations, the presence of difficulties in coping with the depressive position, and the intensity of the need for support are seen as important determinants in psychological functioning.
