Kırk beş yaşındaki kadın olgu, psikiyatri polikliniğine, uyumadan evvel oğlunun öldüğü "senaryolar" görme, bu senaryoların sürekli zihnini meşgul etmesi şikâyetiyle başvurmuştur. Yapılan ön görüşmede çocukluk ve ergenlik döneminde travmatik yaşantıları olduğu bulgulanan hastanın, bu yaşantıları annesinin neden olduğu şiddet ve ihmal ile ilgili yaşantılardır. Psikotik bir adli suçlu da olan annesine yalnızca nefret duyduğunu anlatan hastanın, annesinin onu doğururken delirdiğini aktarmaktadır Olgunun projektif testlerinde dürtüsel işleyişin yoğun saldırgan düşlemlerden oluştuğu görülmektedir. Test malzemesi ile kendi arasında sınır kaybı yaşayan hastanın yarılma içeren cevapları ön plandadır. Test içeriğinde negatif aktarımlar ile kötü nesnenin sürekliliği, narsisistik defansın başarılmaması ile özdeşimsel güçlükler bulunmaktadır. Duygulanımsal olarak depresif ve yer yer paranoid nitelikte olan endişenin varlığı ile sınır işleyişin varlığı söz konudur.

This case report is about a woman who is forty five years old and apply to pschiatry for thinking about deaht of his son. In the first clinical interview with this woman was seen that she had lots of traumatic situations with her mother in early childhood and adolesant times. She said that she hate her mother who was a psychotic and guilty and gone mad when she was breast fedding herself. In the projective tests were seen lots of agrresive fantasies. Patient lost the limits between her and the tests and given the replies which has splittings. Replies had the negative tranferance and bad objects Narcissistic defance and identification wasn't accomplished. Deppresive and paranoid emotions was seen. The patient was in borderline condition.
