Bu çalışmada, çekingenlik, kendine güvensizlik gibi inhibisyon ve ketlenme şikayetleriyle üniversite kliniğine başvuran ve halen psikoterapi sürecinde olan 30 yaşındaki bir kadın hastanın kişilik yapılanması ve psikoterapi süreci Rorschach ve TAT testleri aracılığı ile tartışılacaktır. Terapötik süreç içinde hastanın, ergenliği boyunca babası tarafından cinsel istismara maruz bırakılmış olduğu ve evden uzaklaştığı ilk ay içinde erken menopoz teşhisi almış olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Hastanın Rorschach ve TAT protokolü özellikle anne ile erken dönem ilişkisinden kaynaklanan boşluk ve tutunamamaya dair depresif içerikli endişelerine işaret etmektedir. Testlerde feminen olanla kurduğu kırık, parçalanmış, bozuk, ilişkisizlik ve boşluğa dair nesne ilişkileri ve depresif endişesi, hastanın aktarım ve karşı aktarımı ile paralel niteliktedir. Protokollerde narsisistik savunmaların ve üstbenlik yapılanmasının yetersizliği ile tüm bu boşluğun işlenemeyerek dağılmaya ve çiğ ve bozuk yanıtlara yol açtığı izlenmiştir. Hastanın erken dönem travmatik yaşantılarının yakın dönemdeki istismar ile birleşerek, işlenemeyenlerin bedensel ve zamansız narsisistik bir kayıpla sonuçlanmış olması dikkat çekicidir. Bu vaka çalışması, ruhsal travmanın bedende yarattığı yıkıcı izleri tartışmayı amaçlamaktadır.

In this study, the psychic organization and the psychotherapeutic process of a 30 old woman patient, who consulted to therapy at the university clinic with complaints of inhibition, shyness and low self esteem will be discussed through Rorschach and TAT. Throughout the therapeutic process, it was revealed that the patient had been year the victim of her father's sexual abuse during her adolescence and that within the first month of leaving home, she had been diagnosed with premature menopause. The Rorschach and TAT protocols signify the feelings of emptiness and depression, which can be rooted in the primary maternal relationship. The broken, empty, disturbed nature of the object relationships and the depressive anxiety that the patient reveals throughout the assessments are parallel with the transference and countertransference. The inadequacy of the narcissistic defenses and the superego keep the emptiness away from processing, which leads to distorted responses. The whole unprocessed nature of the trauma which can be seen as a combination of the patient's primary traumatic experiences with the recent sexual abuse end up with a somatic premature narcissistic loss. This case study aims to discuss how psychic trauma can induce a devastating trace on the body.
