Bu çalışmada anoreksiya nervoza psikanalitik bir bakış açısıyla ele alınmakta olup, teleskopaj kavramı üzerinden nesillerarası bağlantılar Rorschach Testi ve TAT icerikleriyle değerlendirilmektedir. Yeme bozukluklarındaki nesillerarası iletim, özdeşimin doğası, özdeşime yönelik güçlükler ve bu hastalarda gözlenen narsisistik sorunsal ve kırılganlık ele alınarak bu hastalıkların özel bir unsuru olarak kabul edilmektedir. Haide Faimberg'in "nesillerarası teleskopaj" kavramı ışığında, önceki nesillerin özellikle de annesel olanın bir uzantısı olarak görülmesine bağlı olarak bu hastalığın ortaya çıkışı üzerine vurgu yapılarak projektif test bulguları bu doğrultuda incelenmektedir.

In this paper the anorexia nervosa is evaluated in psychoanalytical terms and is investigated with the projective tests of Rorschach and TAT, in terms of the telescoping of generations. The transgenerational quality of the identification, the problems in identification and the narsisistic attitude and fragility in the eating disordered patients are accepted as a unique characteristic. The theory of Faimberg and the telescoping of generations is also viewed as a reason in the development of this pathology in the patient who is accepted as the narsisistic extension of the prior generations especially the mothers'.
