"Paranoyanın Maskesi" Rorschach Testi'nden Elde Edilen Sonuçlar

Klinik çalışmamızda, klinik malzeme ile Rorschach testi arasında farklılık sergileyen hastalarla karşlaştık. Bu calışmada, ilk görüşmelerden itibaren hezeyan belirtileri gösteren hasta grubuna odaklanacağız. Halbuki diğer hastalarda hezeyanın varlığı daha sonraları ortaya çıkmıştı. Her iki hasta grubuyla ilişkili olan şey, paranoya olduğu şüphe götürmez işaretlerin Rorschach protokollerinde incelenmemesiydi. Bu durum, ilgimizi ve dikkatimizi uyandırdı ve bizi Rorschach yanıtlarında gizlenen kaç durum ve özelliğin olduğunu düşünmeye itti. Böyle bir şey bize, gerçekte paranoya tanısı almış hastalarda nevrotik özelliklere sahip bir işleyişi teşhis etmemizi sağlayabilir.
Schafer (1954) bu hastaların, ruhsal tanı değerlendirmelerinde, sahip oldukları geniş dezorganizasyonu ve hezeyanlı bir sürecin işaretlerini açığa vurmadıklarına inanmaktadır. Aksine bu hastalar, ona göre birçok alan için uygun olabilir ve etkili bir şekilde çalışabilir, işlerini geliştirmeye devam edebilirler. O hâlde bu demek olur ki, "normal" bir protokolden onları ayrıştırmak başlangıç için oldukça zor olabilir.
"The Disguise of the Paranoia". Conclusions Derived from the Rorschach Test
In our clinical work, we have found during the time, patients that presented a difference between the clinical material and the Rorschach test. In this work, we are going to be focused on those that from the first interviews, were showing delirious symptomatology. However, delirious' presence came up lately in other patients. What is relevant in both groups, is that the signs which are clearly related with the paranoia were not observed in Rorscharch's protocol.
This woke up our interest and concerning, and it made us think about in how many occasions, the features that reports this importance can be hidden in the Rorscharch, this fact could make us to diagnose a functioning with neurotic characteristics in patients that, in fact, had paranoia.
Schafer (1954) believed that these patients, in the psychodiagnostic examination, do not reveal the wide disorganisation that they have nor comes up in this, signs of a delirious' process. Conversely, they can function in an effective way and appropriate in most of the areas and continue developing their labour activities. It means that, at the beginning it could be very hard to differentiate with a "normal" protocol.
