Bu makale; perseküsyon deliliğini oluşturan yansıtmanın niteliği kadar perseküsyonun deli edici yaşantısının çeşitli biçimlerinin ve alanlarının üzerinde durarak paranoyada ve şizofrenide perseküsyon olgularını ayırt etmeyi hedeflemiştir. Psikanalizdeki perseküsyon kavramının tarihsel bir ele alınışından sonra, makale; perseküsyon duygularının çeşitliliğine ve şizofreni grubunun merkezinde bile bu duygulara karşı olan savunmalara ışık tutar. Yazar, şizofrenlerde perseküsyonun deli edici yaşantısının nesneye karşı bir bağ biçiminde olduğunu, hatta perseküte eden nesnenin oluşumunun ben/ben olmayan'ìn daha iyi bir farklılaşmasını sağlayacağını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışma, şizofreni tanısı almış yirmi kişinin Rorschach ve TAT protokollerinin çalışmasına dayanmaktadır.

This article aims to differentiate persecution phenomena in paranoia and schizophrenia by emphasizing not only the quality of projection which forms the persecution but also different forms and aspects of the persecution experience. After taking a glance at the historical development of the persecution in psychoanalysis, the article highlights the diversity of persecution feelings and the defenses against these feelings even within the schizophrenia group. The author points out that the delirious experience of persecution in schizoprenic patients is similar to a link to an object and also the formation of persecutory object helps to a better dufferentiation of me/not me. This study is based on the Rorschach and TAT protocols of twenty people who are diagnosed with schizophrenia.
