Makale, paranoya kavramını tarihsel, psikiyatrik ve psikanalitik bir bakış ile aydınlattıktan sonra, Rorschach ve TAT projektif testlerinde paranoyak göstergeleri açıklığa kavuşturmada katkı sağlamış temel yazarlar üzerine keskin bir nokta sunuyor. Makalenin problematiği daha çok Rorschach testi ile ilgili olsa da, mekanizmaların tasviri her iki teste de aynı derecede hitap ediyor. Sonrasında verilen örnekler ise paranoyak kaygının birbirinden farklı halleri ve birbiriyle çatışma içinde olan savunma mekanizmalarını gösteriyor.

After a necessary detour by the historical psychiatric and psychoanalytic illumination of the concept of paranoia, the article proposes a brief point on the main authors who have contributed to highlight the paranoid manifestations in the projective tests of the Rorschach and the TAT. Even if it is more about the Rorschach, the description of the mechanisms is addressed to both of the two tests. Examples then illustrate the different versions of paranoiac anxiety and defenses that fight against it.
