Bu yazıda temel problematiği nesne ilişkıleri alanında olan iki çocuk annesi evli Derya Hanım’ın psikoterapi sürecinin başında ve sonunda uygulanan Rorschach Mürekkep Lekesi testindeki projeksiyonları değerlendirilmiştir. Test uygulaması ve değerlendirmesi ilk yazar tarafından yapılmış ve son yazar tarafından süpervize edilmiştir. Terapi süreci ise ikinci yazar ile yürütülmüştür. Terapi öncesi ve sonrasında annesel ihtiyaçlarının ifadesi, duygulanımı, kendilik temsili ve baba temsilinde değişikliklerin olduğu görülmüştür. Projektif bir yöntem ile terapi öncesi hedeflerin belirlenmesi desteklenmiş ve terapi sürecinin etkililiği terapi sonrasında yine aynı yöntem ile değerlendirilebilmiştir denilebilir.

In the present paper, Rorschach Inkblot Test projections of Ms. Derya, mother of two children, whose basic problematic was centered around object relations was evaluated both at the beginning and at the end of the therapy process. The test was applied and evaluated by the first author under the supervision of the last author. Therapy process was conducted by the second author. There were differences between before and after the therapy process in terms of expressions of the maternal needs, affect, self image, and father image. Thus, it can be said that in the present work applying test before therapy improved to determine therapy goals. Also, the effectiviness of the therapy process was evaluated by the same method.
