Babasal ensestin sonuçlarının incelendiği bir vakadan yola çıkarak, travma ve mazoşizm arasındaki bağlar üzerine düşünmeyi önermekteyiz. Klinik görüşme ve tamamlayıcı olan Rorschach ve TAT sayesinde, erişkin bir hastanın birikmiş eski annesel ve ensest travmalarının tedavisinin türlerini ortaya çıkarmaya çalıştık. Bu klinik durum, hem Louise'in teşhirciliğıyle ortaya çıkan güçlü bir uyarımın görüldüğü görüşmede aktarımsal/karşı-aktarımsal dinamik içerisindeki travmaya maruz kalan kişideki değişiklikleri hem de dişil sapkın mazoşizmin izlerini göstermiştir. Louise'le yapılan görüşmede cinsel sahnelerin çokluğu, Rorschach'da yerini temsillerin ve duyguların yarılmasıyla (iyi/kötü; mutluluk/hüziün, ölüm/doğum) desteklenen korkutucu ve endişelendirici yorumlara bırakmıştır. Rorschach ve TAT'de birincil nesneyle yaşanan karışıklığı görüyoruz. Ölen annenin gölgesi, cinsel istismarlar (Rorschach ve TAT de olduğu gibi) üzerinde etkili olmaktadır ve Louise'in düşleminde onu babanın sapkın sahnelerine katılmaya ve kışkırtıcı olmaya cesaretlendirmektedir. Louise'in sapkın masozşizmi, partnerinin oyuncağı olduğu dişil erotik mazoşizmin taklidi gibi görüilmektedir. Dişil sapkın mazoşizm, annesel bedenden farklılaşmayı sağlayan birincil mazoşizmin başarısızlığına işaret etmektedir.

The clinical and projective analysis of an adult case study has taken aim to show the different processing modes of ancient and cumulatives traumas (mother's death and incest). The joint study of clinical information and projective indicators has confirmed heuristic complementary and significant differences. Furthermore, the analysis of this clinical case has highlighted the traumatophilic tribulations in transference and counter-transference into the relational dynamic. A feminine perverse masochism has been described, according to the search of the passivation, versus the passivity characteristic of feminine erotic. Indicators at Rorschach: The unrestrained search of excitement at the risk of disobjectalisation. Redundancy of dysphoric responses as a failure of the work of melancholia. The emergence of morbid representations: a transfer from sexuality to death. Indicators at TAT: Telescoping of the feminine figures and confusion of identifications between mother and daughter: lack of differentiation, and fusion. The feminine perverse masochism as a way out to extricate from a perverse masculine hold. The pulsion with disobjectalising function, questions the links between the melancholic substructures, identified thanks to projectives tests, and feminine perverse masochism, identified thanks to an interview. The perverse feminine masochism at work should be considered as a tentative imitation of the feminine erotic masochism and attests the failure of primary masochism which allows for a mother's differentiation. The projective assessment didn’t reveal a perverse structure but rather leads us on the way of a psychosis.
