Bölme mekanizmasını bedeninde somutlaştırdığını izlediğimiz bayan H.C. Yüzünün görüntüsünü sağ ve sol olarak ayrıştırmaktadır. İyi ve olumlu olarak anlam atfettiği tarafı için bulunduğu yeri değiştirerek durumla başa çıkmaya çalışmaktadır. Yanıtlarında bütünlüklü bir ilişki kuramama, ötekiyle sınırların birbirine geçmesi, ayrılma ve birey olmada başarıszlık yaşadığı görülen H.C.'nin bunlarla başa çıkabilmek için dış dünyayla ilişkilerinde sol profilini olumlu, sağ profilini reddedilmiş ve istenmedik olanlar ile özleştirerek sunmaya çalıştığı düşünülmektedir. Kendilik algısının oluşumunda bedenin bütünlüğünün kurulamaması, sınırların belirsizliği testte dikkat çeken ve ön planda yer alan alanlardır. Uygulanan Rorschach Testi'nde Borderline yapılanmanın ve Narsisistik savunmalarının olduğu gözlenmiştir. Borderline yapıda sık görülen bölme mekanizmasının beden algısı üzerine yansıtılması bu çalışmanın eksenini oluşturmaktadır.

Unable to comprehend the integrity of the body and vaguenes of the borders are the foremost and striking matters in the test with the applied Rorschach Test, borderline disorder and narcissistic defences are observed. Reflection of splitting on the perseption of body as seen commonly at borderline disorder forms the axis of this study.
