Öncesinde obsesif kompulsif bozukluk tanısı ile takip edilen 33 yaşında, evli, erkek hasta kliniğe depresyonu olduğu için geldiğini belirtmiştir. Verdiği bilgilerin "buradan sızdırılıp sızdırılamayacağı " konusunda anksiyetesi oldukça yüksek olan hasta kendisine uygulanan Rorschach Testi'inde yanıtların çoğuna hızlı ve kısa cevaplar vermiştir. Fransız Okulu'na göre değerlendirilen Rorschach Testi sonucunda, hastanın nesnel olma ve kapatma çabası aşırı bir inkar kullanımına; içselleştirilmiş kötü nesne algısı ve agresyon dürtüleri de hastanın yansıtma savunma tarzını kullandığına işaret olarak düşünülmektedir. Genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde hastanın paranoid özellikte olduğunu ve dağılmanın olabileceğini düşündürmektedir.

"Than he called me the next day and askedi will you stay in hospital with me?* That made me think about that. To see that my friend has lost his control made me worry." Gölgem** never thought of consulting to a hospital eventhough he had spent whole summer in his room without leaving for anything - sncluding making his toilet,he had suicide attempts many times and lost his father at an earthquake. Only when his best friend, who has been hospitalized after a suicide attempt following a nervous breakdown, asked him to stay in hospital with him, he thought that maybe someting was going wrong. When his internal conflicts moved him to the point to reject the reality of the outside world, he used the power of his rich imagination world and intelectual capacity as a shelter. In this work, we used projective tests to assess inner world of the 23 years old conservatory student, who has hospitilized for the first time. Rorschach, TAT and DIO drawing test were applied and interpretted according to psychoanalytic approach. Test protocols were approached in the context of the relationship between psychosis and creativity, beside we considered patiten's persecution anxiety and his difficulties in sexual identification.
