Son derece belirli ve karmaşık işleyiş mekanizmalarına sahip olan sınır patolojiler kapsamında psikosomatik bir yapı olarak fibromiyalji tanısı almış çeşitli kronik ağrı hastalarının sınır düzeyde işleyen ruhsal dünyaları projektif testlerden Rorschach ve TAT aracılığıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Klinisyenden talep edilen dayanak arzusu, deri benliğin kapsayıcı rolündeki problemler, erken dönem nesne ilişkilerindeki eksiklikler, narsisistik hassasiyet ve nesne kaybına ilişkin yaşanan endişenin boyutu sınırların kırılganlığını göstermiştir. Depresif bir duygulanım ise hipomanik savunmalara rağmen güçlü bir şekilde var olmaya devam ederken ağrı deneyimi, bedeni hassaslaştırmayı sürdürür; böylece ruhsal planda var olan sınırlara ilişkin kırılganlık, bedendeki ağrı deneyimlerine eklenir.

In this article, though the clinic of an adolescent girl who is under arrest, the author mentions how a passage to the sexually violent act constitutes an unsuccessful “work of passivity” along with a murder of a woman. Sonia participated in a collective sexual assault and behaved in a barbarian and brutal way to her victim who is a one year younger girl. The term “feminicide” is started by the author in order to highlight especially the violent temper against the felinity. The murder of the feminine is a reaction against the invasion of the impulsivity which appears strongly during this not possible since the feminine image is responsible from seduction and excitations, and therefore it must be punished. The article explains the difficulties of Sonia’s clinical follow up in this term of the adolescents who act sexually violent, explains the impossible inner treatment of great impulsivities that are lived as traumatic difficulties. Passage to the act is considered as a scene that integrates and enlarges intrapsychic components which represent the threat of ruptures of identification and which are unable to be organized and combined. Sonia denies and attracts actively to a feminine image and it is the trigger of the factors that start acting out.
