Bu yazıda, obsesif-kompuısif semptomlarla seyreden kafa travmasına bağlı bir anksiyete bozukluğu olgusu
tartışılmıştır. Sol temporal lob kontüzyonunun ve kaudat çekirdek komşuluğundaki lentiform çekirdek
lezyonunun bu klinik tablonun oluşumunda etken olabileceği, anamnez, laboratuvar bulguları ve fizik muayene
sonucu belirlenmiştir.
Anxiety Disorder Due To Head Trauma With Obsessive-Compulsive Symptoms
In this lecture, a case of anxiety disorders due to head trauma with is described. The history, physical examination
and laboratory findings that the obsessive compulsive symptoms is the direct physiological consequence
of a head injury. It is thought that this condition may be result from the proximity of nucleus lentiformis
lesion to caudate nucleus and contusion of left temporal lobe.
