Vaginismus Vakalarının Psiko-Sosyal Ve Psikoterapik Yönden İncelenmesi

Ülkemizde sık rastlanan bir cinsel işlev bozukluğu olan 50 vaginismus vakası incelenmiştir. Bunların 21 ii
direkt psikolojik yardım isteyerek gelen, 29'u da bu sorunun jinekologları i1gilendirdiğini sanarak ya da infertilite
sorunları nedeniyle jinekologlara başvuran ve sonradan bize gönderilen vakalardı.
Vakalar psikolojik, psikometrik, sosyo-küıtürel yönden değerlendirilerek cinsel terapiye alınmış, çıkan sonuçlar
tablolarla gösterilerek tartışılmıştır.
Psychosocial and Psychotheraupeutic Evaluation of Vaginismus Cases
This study is concerned with vaginismus which is a sexual function disorder seen quite often in Turkey.
Fitty cases with vaginismus were examined. 21 th of them applied driectly to require psychological aid. The
rest (29 cases) firstly applied to gynochologists either thinking that they were concerned with this problem
or due to the infertility problems. There were later directed to us.
These cases were investigated and evaluated from the psychological, psychometrical and socio-cultural
point of views and were later subjected to sexual therapy. The principal results are discussed and tabled.
