The Concept of Monosymptomatic Hypochondriasis and Clinical Features

Clinical manifestations and treatment responses of 23 cases of monosymptomatic hypocondriacal
psychosis were studied, favorable response to pimozide treatment was observed. Recent information
about the subject was reviewed with the aid of literature.
