Adölesan Döneminde Bir Çoğul Kişilik Bozukluğu Vakası

Kronik ve polisemptomatik bir dissosiyatif bozukluk olan çoğul kişilik bozukluğunun farkedilerek tanısının konulmasında, klinisyenin asıl tanıyı maskeleyen ikincil belirtileri ve hastaların buna bağlı olarak değişen başvuru biçimlerini bilmesi önem taşımaktadır. Bu yazıda psödopsikoz ve konversiyon belirtisi (körlük) ile kliniğe başvuran, izleme süreci içerisinde çoğul kişilik bozukluğu tanısı konulan adölesan çağındaki bir vaka 15 aylık izlemi ile birlikte sunulmaktadır.
