Paranoid semptomların çok sayıda psikiyatrik ve tıbbi hastalığın seyri sırasında görülebilmesine karşın zaman zaman hekimlerin paranoid semptomların tanınması, sınıflandırılması ve tedavisi konusunda güçlük yaşadıkları da bilinmektedir. Bu yazıda konu ile ilgili paranoid semptomlar ve bazı özel paranoid sendromlara ilişkin literatür bilgileri gözden geçirilmiştir.
