Depresyonda Tanı ve Ayırıcı Tanı

Depresyonun ayırıcı tanısında iyi bir klinik öykü alınması önemlidir. Bu öykünün tıbbi ve psikiyatrik yönü üzerinde ayrı ayrı durulmalıdır. Birçok tıbbi hastalık ve kimyasal maddeler depresif belirtilere neden olurlar. Diğer yandan depresif belirtiler birçok psikiyatrik bozuklukta da görülür. Olguların kapsamlı bir tıbbi ve psikiyatrik değerlendirmesi ayırıcı tanıda çok önemlidir. Bu yazıda depresyonun tanısı ve onu diğer hastalıklardan ayırdeden özellikleri tartışılmıştır.
