Masterson Yaklaşımı Çerçevesinde Şizoid Kendilik Bozukluğu ve Bu Yaklaşım Çerçevesinde Tanımlanmış Bir Danışmanın Psikoterapisinin Uygulanması

Masterson yaklaşımı, J. F. Masterson tarafından kendilik bozukluklarının tedavisi için geliştirilen, gelişimsel
kendilik ve nesne ilişkilerini temel alan psikodinamik bir psikoterapi yaklaşımıdır. Bu çalışmada, DSM ile Masterson
yaklaşımının şizoid vaka tanımlarının ve şizoid kendilik bozuklu unun di er gelişimsel özellikler açısından
karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. izoid kendilik bozuklu unun psikodinamik psikoterapisinde terapistin karşı aktarım
duygularının çalışılması ve terapötik nötralite önemli unsurlardır. Bu yaklaşım bir vaka sunumu üzerinden
de erlendirilmiştir.
Schizoid Disorder of the Self Within The Scope of the Masterson Approach and
thePsychotherapy of a Defined Client Through the Lens of This Approach
Masterson approach is a developmental, self and object relations approach developed by J.F. Masterson for the
treatment of disorders of the self. The purpose of this study is to compare the key differences between DSM and
Masterson approach in terms of case definitions and other developmental features. Treatment consists of
psychodynamic therapy in which therapeutic neutrality and analysis of the transference are core features. A case
study is presented to illustrate this approach.
