Bu araştırmanın amacı, Dinamik Yönelimli Kısa-Yoğun Acil Bireysel Psikolojik Danışma oturumlarının etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmada, yarı deneysel desenlerden “ön test-son test eşleştirilmiş kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2013-2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında bireysel psikolojik danışma yardımı almak isteyen deney grubu (n=17) ve kontrol grubu (n=17) toplam 34 kişi ile oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada deney grubuna Dinamik Yönelimli Kısa-Yoğun Acil Bireysel Psikolojik Danışma oturumları uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubunda bulunan bireylere herhangi bir müdahale programı uygulanmamıştır. Bireysel danışma programının etkililiğini test etmek, deney ve kontrol grubunu karşılaştırmak amacıyla t-testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen veriler incelendiğinde Dinamik Yönelimli Kısa-Yoğun-Acil Psikolojik Danışma alan (deney grubu) bireylerin somatizasyon, obsesyon, depresyon, paranoid düşünceler, öfke-düşmanlık, psikotizm, anksiyete, kişilerarası duyarlılık, fobik anksiyete ve ek skala son-test puan ortalamalarının anlamlı düzeyde düştüğü görülmüştür.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of DynamicOriented Short-Intensive-Emergency Individual Psychological Counselling sessions. Pre-test and post-test experiment-control group quasi-experimental design was used in this study. The study was carried out with the experimental group (N=17) and control group (N=17), which, in total, makes 34 people who wanted to recieve psychological counselling in the 2013-2014 academic year. The experimental group was treated with the Dynamic-Oriented Short-Intensive-Emergency Individual Psychological Counselling sessions. The control group didn’t receive an intervation program. t-test was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the individual counselling program and to compare experimental and control groups. When the data was examined at the end of the study, somatization, obsession, depression, paranoid thoughts, anger-hostility, psychoticism, anxiety, interpersonal sensitiveness, phobic anxiety and additional scale post-test averages of the individuals who received Dynamic-Oriented Short-Intensive Emergency Individual Psychological Counselling counselling (experimental group) showed a meaningful decrease.
