İki Küçük Kentte Psikiyatrik Muayenehane Hekimliği

Ülkenin gelişmiş bir yöresinde bulunan Çorlu kentindeki psikiyatrik muayenehane hekimliğinde çoğunluğu kentlerde yaşayan hastalar görülmüştür. Cinsiyetlerin oranı birbirine yakındır. Hastaların tanı dağılımı Batı ülkelerinde ve Türkiye'nin büyük kentlerindeki muayenehane çalışmalarına benzedik göstermektedir. Çocuk hastalar ve yaşam evresi sorunları için de psikiyatrik yardım talebinde bulunulmaktadır. Ülkenin az gelişmiş bir yöresinde bulunan Muş'ta ise çoğunluğu kadınlar, genç erişkinler ve köyde yaşayanlardan oluşan hastaların yarısı öğrenim görmemiş olup, %24'ü Türkçe bilmemektedir. Kadınların ruhsal sorunlarının büyük ölçüde somatik semptomlarla ifade edilmesi sonucunda tanı dağılımında konversıyon bozukluktan İlk sırayı almaktadır.
