Although it is not difficult to define pain and social seperately. it is difficult to tell what the pain of the social is. We can think of it as a suffering that conies out from a whole of mutual relations between people. Pain, is one of the hard emotions, that is hard to show through words. One can approach the pain only by looking at the suffering. The social pain, depicts itself in the visible forms of the suffering: They send to the outer world signals so that we can relate to them. Freud defines the “social” as the relation of the subject to a group of people, different from his relation to himself. What position should be taken by the psychoanalyst who faces the social pain that is inevitably transmitted in the psychoanalytical session? Events leave deep traces in the individual and in the collective history. These are radioactive traces and they are traces of social pain.
