By a conceptual revision of the difference between the real and the reality through the notion of extimite, my work has an aim to introduce the approach of the real in the psychoanalytical orientation. The question which guides the progress of the reflection is: How to think about a clinical practice by the way of an approach of the real? In this work, I preferred to study the question on the side of feminity in reference to anguish as a clinical sign and in which way this affect point to the structuring value of the “emptiness” for the psychoanalytical subject.
