In Turkey, for almost twenty years now psychoanalysts who practiced as a psychiatrist or a psychologist before, offer psychoanalytic treatment to their patients. This is new, but what is really new in this proposal? Psychoanalytic work begins at the first interview. So you must install the psychoanalytic framework from the beginning. The main function of this framework is to promote regression and frame it as, regression in turn ensures the process flow and therefore the framework and process are closely related. But this requires an effort on both sides: the analysand’s free association and a floating attention of the analyst, because the analytic relationship is a phenomenon in two. Analysis of the counter¬transference is as important a- that of the transfer. This "new thing" then it's a new work in two: this need that the psychoanalyst must become personally involved in the analytical process. But this work is threatened by the occurrence of the negative therapeutic reaction and the repetition compulsion. and it is not only the patient but also the analyst.
