Emosyon Kavramı, Emosyon Yönetimi ve Major Depresyonda Emosyonlar

Emosyon kavramı, psikiyatri literatüründe hak ettiği ilgiyi henüz görememiş bir kavramdır. Emosyonlar evrim
süreci içinde genetik olarak kodlanan ve hayatta kalmamızı sağlayacak davranış ve affekti göstermemize yol
açan hisler olarak da tanımlanabilir. Bu gözden geçirmede emosyon kavramının ne olduğuna, emosyon
yönetimine ve majör depresif bozuklukta emosyon yönetiminin nasıl bozulmuş olabileceğine değinilmiştir.
Emotion Concept, Emotion Management and Emotions in Major Depression
The emotion concept has not yet got the deserved attention in psychiatry literature. Emotions can be described as the feelings which are
genetically determined and which enables us to show the behaviour and affect which leads to our survival.
This review refers to the emotion concept, emotion regulation and how the emotion regulation is disturbed in major depression.
