Primer intrakranial sarkomlar; santral sinir sisteminde seyrek görülen mezenkimal kaynaklı tümörlerdir. Biz bu kranial sarkom tanısı olan iki olguyu; 30 yaşında fuziform hücreli sarkom ve 46 yaşında rabdomiyosarkom tanılı iki erkek hastayı sunduk.

Central nervous system primary intracranial sarcomas of mesenchymal origin are rare tumors. In this article, we report two cases with the diagnosis of intracranial sarcoma, one of whom is a 30- [year]-old male with the diagnosis of fusiform cell sarcoma, and the other is 46- [year]-old male with the diagnosis of rhabdotnyosarcoma.
