Bu rewievda yazar, yeni çalışmalarla birlikte monoaminlerdeki gelişmeleri incelemiştir. Bilindiği gibi monoamin teorileri bugünkü psikiyatrik hastalıkların etyolojisini açıklayıcı en önemli kuramsal ve deneysel yaklaşımdır. Yazı bu yönüyle önem taşır.

In this review, the author aimed to repeat the
monoamine theories with investigations. We know that monoamines are basic subject in biological pyschiatry. Many author say that these are main etiological procedures in schizophrenia and especially bipolar and monopolar affective disorders. Because of this reason monoamines must be argued in all the ways.
