İş stresi günümüzde kişinin yaşamını olumsuz etkileyen önemli bir etken olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Son yıllarda
iş stresinin kişinin hem psikolojik hem de fiziksel sağlığını olumsuz etkilediğine dair bilgiler giderek artmaktadır.
Aynı zamanda varolan psikolojik ve fiziksel problemler de iş stresine neden olmaktadır. Bu makalede
dünyada ve ülkemizde iş stresinin nedenleri ve sonuçları incelenmiş, ayrıca iş stresinin sağlık ile etkileşimini
araştıran çalışmaların gözden geçirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Stress, Job Stress and Their Interaction with Health
Work stress has been defined as one of the most important negative factors effecting the quality of life. During the recent [year]s, scientific
data indicating the negative effects of work stress on both psychological and physical health has greatly increased. At the same time, existing
psychological and physical problems also cause work stress. This article aimes to analyze the interaction of work stress and health in the world
and our country as well as reviewing the studies on the causes and consequences of job stress.
