Ketiapinin İndüklemiş Olabileceği Huzursuz Bacaklar Sendromu

Daha önce atipik antipsikotiklerin yol açtığı huzursuz bacaklar sendromu (HBS) bildirilmiştir. Biz, bu yazıda
bir depresyon hastasında 100 mg ketiapinle ortaya çıkan ve doz 50 mg’a indirilince kaybolan HBS olgusu
bildiriyoruz. Bu literatürde ketiapin kullanımı ile ortaya çıkan bildirilmiş ikinci HBS olgusudur.
Restless Legs Syndrome Probably Induced by Quetiapine Treatment
Previous restless legs syndrome (RLS) associated with atypical antipsychotics have already been reported. We report a case that occured RLS
with 100 mg quetiapin and then disapperad when decreased dosage 50 mg in a depressed patient. This is the second case report suggestion
that treatment with quetiapine may induce symptoms typical of RLS in the literature.
