Bu bildiride, nedeni belirlenemiyen kranial pakimenenjitli iki olgu sunduk. Bu olgulardaki ana klinik özellikler başağrısı ve kranial sinir felçleri idi. MRG ile falks, tentoryum, klivus ve kavernöz sinüs'te kalınlaşma olduğunu gösterdik. Klinik seyir subakuttu. iki hasta da prednislon tedavisi ile düzeldi. Bu lezyonlann, inflamatuar meningeal süreçler, Tolosa- Hunt sendromu ve multifokal fibrosis ile olan ilişkisini tartıştık.

We report two patientes with cranial pachymeningitis of unknown origin.In these cases the main clinical features were headaches and cranial nerve palsies. MRI showed thickening of falx, tentorium, clivus and cavernous sinus. The clinical course was subacut. Both patients imroved with prednisolon. We discuss the relationship of these lesions with inflamatory meningeal processes, Tolosa-Hunt syndrome, multufocal fibrosis.
