Somatoform Bozukluk Vakalarında Depresif Belirti İncelemesi

Bu çalışmada, somatoform bozukluk vak'alarında depresif belirti incelendi. 20 somatoform vak'ası (17 kız
+ 3 erkek) ile denek sayısı 15 (11 kız + 4 erkek) olan diğer klinik vak'alara (kontrol grubu) Kovacs'ın "Çocuk
Depresyon Ölçeği" uygulandı ve iki grup arasında depresif belirti açısından bir fark bulunamadı. Her
iki grubun annelerine uygulanan "Beck Depresyon Ölçeği" bulguları arasında depresif belirti açısından anlamlı
bir fark gözlenmedi. Annelerin "SCL 90-R Ruhsal Belirti Ölçeği"ndeki genel psikopatoloji düzeyi ile
çocukların depresif belirtisi arasında da bir ilişki olmadığı görüldü.
Searching For Depressive Symptoms in Cases With Somatoform Disorders
In this study we looked for depressive symptoms in cases with somatoform disorder. To 20 cases (17 girls
+ 3 boys) with somatoform disorder and to a control group with other psychiatric disorders 15 patients in
total (11 girls and 4 boys) Kovacs' "Child Depression Inventory" was giyen. There was no observed difference
between the two groups. When "Beck Depression Scales" were given to the mothers of the two groups,
there was no significant difference observed conceming the depressive symptoms. Mother's "SCL 90R"
results showed no significant relation between the ch~dren's depressive symptoms and the mothers
general psychopathology leve!.
