Evlilik İlişkisi ve Erkek Cinsel İşlev Bozukluğu Üzerine Bir Çalışma

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı erkek cinsel işlev bozukluğu ve evlilik doyumu arasında etkileşimlerin araştırılmasıdır.
Metod: Çalışmaya cinsel işlev bozukluğu olan 26 erkek ve eşleri alınmıştır. Eksen 1 bozuklukların tanınması ve komorbid psikiyatrik bozuklukların dışlanması için olgulara ve eşlerine SCID-1 uygulandı. Organik etiyoloji dışlayabilmek için olguların hormon tetkikleri ve penil brakial indeksleri değerlendirildi. Olgular ve eşlerine araştırma ekibi tarafından hazırlanmış olan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulandı. Deneklerin her birine evlilik yaşam ölçeği ve Golombok Rust Cinsel Doyum Envanteri verildi, istatistiksel yöntem olarak korelasyon analizi ve t testi uygulandı.
Sonuçlar ve tartışma: Tüm veriler incelendiğinde cinsel işlev ve evlilik doyumunun ilişkili olduğu, erkek cinsel işlev bozukluğu olgularının eşleri ile arkadaşlık boyutunun etkilenmediği bulundu. Ayrıca bulgular cinsel işlev bozukluğu tedavisi sırasında eşlerin birlikte ele alınması gerektiği düşüncesini desteklemiştir
A Study on Marital Relationship and Male Sexual Dysfunction
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate interactions between marital satisfaction and male
sexual dysfunctions.
Method: The study included 26 men with sexual dysfunction and their spouses. SCID-I was used to
determine Axis I disorders and subjects with comorbid psychiatric disorders were excluded from the
study. Hormone analysis and PBI (Penile Brachial Index) measurements were made to determine organic
etiology. Subjects and their spouses were evaluated by a semi-structured questionnaire developed by
the research team for sexually dysfunctional patients. All participants also received the Marital Life Scale
and Golombok-Rust Inventory of Sexual Satisfaction (GRISS). As statistical method, which was performed
t test and correlation analysis.
Results: A negative correlation was found between sexual dysfunctions and marital satisfaction except
that in males with sexual dysfunction, friendship relation with spouse was not affected.
Conclusion: It was concluded that spouses' sexual dysfunction and marital satisfaction are related on the whole. The findings support that in married couples, relationship with spouse should be taken into consideration in the treatment process of male.
