Bu araştırma öğretmenlerin bazı değişkenlere göre okul zorbalığı ve istenmeyen öğrenci davranışlarına ilişkin tutumları arasında anlamlı farklılıklar olup olmadığını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2013-2014 eğitim-öğretim yılının güz döneminde Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı okullarda görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmuştur. Araştırma betimsel nitelikte olup, tarama modeline göre desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri Yeşilyaprak ve Dursun-Balanuye (2012) tarafından geliştirilen “Okul Zorbalığına İlişkin Öğretmen Tutumları Ölçeği” ve Tanhan ve Şentürk (2011) tarafından geliştirilen “Sınıf İçi İstenmeyen Davranışlara Yönelik Öğretmen Tutumları Ölçeği” ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; okul zorbalığına yönelik öğretmen tutum puanı ortalamalarının iyi seviyede olduğu; sınıf içi istenmeyen öğrenci davranışlarına yönelik öğretmen tutum puanı ortalamalarının ise beklenilen düzeyde olmadığı söylenebilir. Okul zorbalığına yönelik öğretmen tutumları öğretmenlerin cinsiyetine göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşırken; kıdem, branş, görev yapılan yerleşim yeri ve olumsuz öğrenci davranışlarına yönelik hizmet içi eğitim alma durumlarına göre anlamlı farklılığın olmadığı görülmüştür. Sınıf içi istenmeyen öğrenci davranışlarına yönelik öğretmen tutumlarında ise cinsiyete ve olumsuz öğrenci davranışlarına yönelik hizmet içi eğitim alma durumlarına göre anlamlı düzeyde fark bulunmazken; kıdem, branş ve görev yapılan yerleşim yerine göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılığın oluştuğu görülmüştür.

This research is designed to determine, if there are significant differences between the attitudes of teachers towards school bullying and unwanted student behaviors according to some variables. The study group of the research was formed by the teachers in the schools affiliated to Ministry of Education who were working in the fall semester of the 2013-2014 academic year. The research is descriptive attributed and has been designed according to the survey model. Research data was obtained from Yesilyaprak and Dursun-Balanuye’s (2012) “Teachers’ Attitudes Scale About School Bullying” and Tanhan and Sentürk’s (2011) “Teachers’ Attitudes Scale Towards Intraclass Undesirable Student Behaviors”. According to the research results; it can be said that the score averages of teacher attitudes towards school bullying are good level, and the score averages of teacher attitudes towards intraclass undesired student behaviors are not expected level. Teachers’ attitudes towards school bullying are seen to differ significantly according to teachers’ genders but were not significantly different according to seniority, branch, the locations worked and inservice training status about negative student behaviors. Teachers’ attitudes towards undesired student behaviors were not significantly different according to gender and in-service training status about negative student behavior; but seen to differ significantly according to seniority, branch and the locations worked.
