Araştırmanın amacı, iletişim becerilerini geliştirme ye programının, öğretmen adaylarının ego durumları puanları ve problem çözme becerisi algıları üzerindeki etkilerim incelemektir. Deney grubu 14, kontrol grubu da 16 öğretmen adayından oluşmuştur. Veriler Sıfat Tarama Listesi ve Problem Çözme Envanteri ile toplanmıştır. Deney grubuna haftada birbuçuk ile iki saat arası olmak üzere 12 hafta süreyle iletişim becerileri eğitimi programı uygulanmıştır. Deneysel işlemin etkililiğini test etmek için toplanan veriler kovaryans analizi tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. Deney grubunda kalıcılığı test etmek için 15 hafta sonra izleme çalışması yapılmıştır. Sonuçta, eğitim programının Öğretmen adaylarının Eleştirel Ebeveyn, Koruyucu Ebeveyn, Yetişkin, Uygulu Çocuk ego durumu puanları ve problem çözme becerisi algıları üzerinde olumlu yönde etkisinin olduğu bulunmuştur.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a curriculum preparedfor developing communication skills on problem-solving skill perception and ego States scores of prospective teachers. In the study, experimental group consisted of 14 and control group consisted of 16prospective teachers. Data was gathered using Adjective Check List and Problem-Solving Inventory instruments. For the experimental group, a skills education programme was introduced by the researc¬her, 1,5-2 hours in a week, for 12 weeks of duration. To test the effectiveness of the experimental procedure a covariance technique was carried for the data analysis. For the consistency testing, a follow-up measurement was made following 15 weeks after the post-test. The results of the study indicated that the group experiences based on the developed curriculum had a positive effect on Critical Parent, Nurturing Parent, Adult and Adapted Child ego states scores, as well as on the problem solving skill perception scores of prospective teachers.
