Trafik Kazasına Uğrayan Kişilerde Akut Stres Bozukluğu Belirtileri

Bu ön araştırmanın amacı, trafik kazası geçiren bireylerde "akut stres bozukluğu" belirtilerinin ve sıklığının saptanmasıdır. Trafik kazası sonrasında acil servise götürülen, 15-65 yaş arasındaki bilinci açık bütün hastalara travma sonrası Stres Bozukluğu Değerlendirme (TSSBD) Ölçeği ve sosyode-mografik anket formu uygulanmıştır. Araştırmaya alınan 23 hastanın %30.4'ü kadın, %69.6'sı erkektir. Hastaların %34.8'i yaya olarak, %30.4'ü sürücü olarak, %34.8'İ arabada yolcu olarak kaza geçirmişlerdir. TSSBD Ölçeğinden aldıkları ortalama puan 30.91 13.40 olup, vakaların %30,4'ü eşik altında kalmış, yani TSSB tanı ölçütünü karşılamamış; %52.2'si sınırda puan almış, %17.4'ü İse eşiğin üstünde kalmış, yani TSSB tanı ölçütlerini karşılamıştır. TSSB Ölçeği Puanı, hastanın bu görüşme sırasında ağrısının olup-olmaması ve hastanın kazadan sonra yeterince sosyal destek görüp-görmemesi ite istatistiksel bakımdan anlamlı düzeyde ilişkili bulunmuştur.
The Acute Stress Disorder Symptoms in Traffic Accident Victims
The aim of this preliminary reseacrh is to determine of the signs and frequency of acute stress disorder (ASD) in a group of patients who admitted to the emergency room of Ankara Acil Yardim ve Travmatoloji Hospital, after a traffic accident Brief Instrument for Assessing Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Scale (BIARSD) and socio-demographic data form were given the patients between 15-65 [year]s with no consciousness problem. 30.4 % of the patients were female, 69.6% were male. 34.8% of them were pedestrian, 30.4% were driver and 34.8% were passenger. The mean score of BIAPSD Scale was 30.91 13.40. 30.4% of the patients had scores under the threshold which indicates that they had no ASD. 52.2 % of the patients had borderline scores. 17.4% of the patients had scores over the threshold which indicates the they had no ASD. 52.2% of the patients had borderline scores. 17.4% of the patients had scores over the threshold which indicates that they had ASD. Higher scores were statistically related with having pain during the interview and efficacy of social support after the accident.
