Koruyucu psikiyatri, ruhsal bozuklukların sıklığını azaltmayı, toplum temelli tedavi anlayışını ve ruhsal bozuklukların yol açtığı olumsuz sonuçları gidermeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu derlemede okul, işyeri, huzurevi ve cezaevi gibi toplu yaşanan yerlerde koruyucu psikiyatri uygulamalarıyla ilgili literatürün gözden geçirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
The Public Places in Terms of Preventive Psychiatry (School, Workplace, Nursing Home, Prison)
Preventive psychiatry deals decreasing the incidence of psychiatric disorders, the community-based treatment approach and overcoming the complications due to psychiatric disorders. In the present article we aimed to review the literature related with the preventive psychiatry applications in public places such as school, workplace, nursing home and prison.
