tek başına veya ilaç tedavisine ek olarak etkili bulunmuştur. Şema terapi ve Farkındalık temelli bilişsel davranışçı terapilerde bu
alanda umut veren diğer tedavi seçenekleridir.

Cognitive behaviour therapy is an emprically validated treatment option in the treatment of depressive disorder. When this treatment
approach applied alone or in conjuction with the drug treatment, similar results to the drug treatment can be obtained. Patients who

in the long run.
