Huzursuz bacak sendromu (HBS) özellikle gece uyurken veya dinlenirken bacaklarda olağandışı bir rahatsızlık hissi ile kendini gösterir. Ekstremitelerde hissedilen anormâl duyum / dizestezi dayanılmaz derecede hareket etme ihtiyacı ve motor huzursuzluğa neden olur. Aynı âileden üç kişide HBS belirti ve bulgularının gözlenmesi, vak'a-1'de HBS'na komorbid Uykuda Korku Bozukluğu olması, aynı vak'ada mirtazapin ile şikâyetlerinde alevlenme olduğunun tesbit edilmesi, vak'a-3'de demir eksikliği anemisinin birlikte bulunması gibi faktörler nedeniyle, bu âilesel vak'aların klinik seyri literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.

Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) manifests itself as an unusual discomfort in the legs particularly during night sleep or taking a rest. Abnormal sensation felt in extremities leads to an irresistible urge to move and motor disturbance. In this paper clinical processes of these familial cases are discussed in association several factors like observing RLS's symptoms and signs in 3 patients from the same family, existence of sleep terror disorder comorbid to RLS in one of these patients, and in the same patient detection of exacerbations of complaints with the use of mirtazapine, and in another patient determination of iron deficiency anemia.
