Bu durum ilaçların etki düzeneklerinin ve psikiyatrik bozuklukların daha iyi anlaşılmasıyla ilgili olabilir; ilaçların reseptör düzeyindeki etkileri göz önüne alınarak bir hastaya birden çok ilaç önerilebilir. Bu gerekçeler hastaya zarar vermemek koşuluyla bilimsel olarak kabul edilebilir. Öte yandan saf bir psikiyatrik bozukluk görülme olasılığı düşüktür, komordite oranı yüksektir. At the sometimes, it could be seen the multiple drug use from these reasons not take into consideration. This application means more side effects of psychotrop drugs, low adherence to drug treatment, high level rate of relapse, more expenditure. From these reasons, the most favorable and in a few number drugs must be prescribed to the patients.
